Minaj never shies away from crazy outfits -- or nudity. Just take her
Halloween "costume," for instance. "Officer Minaj. Who wants to get
cuffed?" she posted on Oct. 31, showing off a nearly topless photo of
herself on the spookiest night of the year. Her costume wasn't exactly
convincing, as police officers usually wear pants and shirts. Then
again, when it comes to posting outrageous selfies to Instagram, the
rapper is known for having, er, nofilter
