Despite the fact that the singer is currently undergoing treatment in a rehab facility, a new magazine cover featuring the star just hit newsstands — and it shows a very somber side of the star. Are you a fan of his emotional shoot?

Chris Brown‘s first cover since he entered rehab is out, and the 24-year-old singer can be seen posing shirtless, showing off his many tattoos, (and his defined arms), on the Winter 2014 issue of Urban Ink magazine. Chris’ arms, neck, and torso are covered with various tattoos, which are visible as he stands with his arms crossed around his chest — but it’s the somber look in his eyes that really caught our attention.

Chris Brown’s ‘Urban Ink’ Magazine Cover:

The cover, which was presumably shot before the performer entered the Malibu rehab facility on Nov. 10, captures the star in a very pensive state. The star is posing shirtless, wearing nothing more than a silver chain around his neck — and an emotional look on his face. In fact, with glassy eyes it almost looks as if he is about to cry. It’s very telling of the state he was in when the cover was photographed.

Chris Brown’s Doing Well In Rehab:

Depsite the fact that the Daily News reported the “Kiss Kiss” singer was sentenced to three additional months in the Malibu rehab facility on Nov. 20, Chris is doing well while in the treatment facility. In fact, he even agreed to complete his remaining community labor hours at a rate of 24 per week. Good for him!
